King of Spirits:

Absinth King of Spirits is a real king. It is made of carefully selected herbs and spices. On the bottom of each bottle there is a two centimetre thick layer of herbs and spices which gives the liqueur the right strength. We recommend to drink it only with ice. For the manual production only natural components are used.

Absinth 35:
Alcohol: 70 Thujone: 35 mg/l

We used exactly the amount of the drug THUJON corresponding to that mentioned in the name of the product, i.e. 35 mg, which can be recognized at once: for the taste is bitter, very fine and contains a considerable relish of herbs. However, the lovers of aniseed may be a little disappointed, for this absinth contains only little of this spice. Its colour is natural, we put nothing there in this direction and thus, it is a "pure natural product".

Strong alcoholic liqueur made with herbal extracts, the main herb being wormwood. An emerald green drink with a distinctive taste. Manufactured according to the original French recipe with 70% alc. vol. and a production method that has been improved in excess of today's required standards. All the essential ingredients are carefully selected and processed to ensure the unique taste of Absinthe. Expressive taste and characteristic cloudy effect make this drink one of the best Absinthes on today's market. Contains 10 mg/kg of thujone. A genuine product with the original Czech label.

Red Absinth:
Alcohol: 60 % Thujone: 10 mg/l

Red Absinth is a new generation of absinth designed for drinkers still not content with the existing ones. It is young, dynamic, fine and sharp at the same time, excellent in respect to mixed drinks and, first of all, identically with all our types of absinth - it contains thujone (the permitted limit of 10 mg).

Our Bitter, in accordance with Czech and EU law, has a maximum of 35 mg/ltr of thujone with the actual level between 33 and 35 mg/ltr.

Reality Absinth is a 100% natural product made is small batches with everything a little more "strong" than our other products. Extra anise is added, the alcohol content is 60%, the thujone level is 26 mg/kg, and the addition of the stalks of three herbs into the bottle provides a more aromatic flavour and a more complex tastes. All in all, a more intense experience, for those able to handle it.

ABSINTH TOULOUSE LAUTREC

Dieser hochqualitative Absinth wird in reiner Handarbeit unter Verwendung ausschließlich natürlicher Zutaten destilliert. Nach französischer Tradition wird unter anderem auch "Grüner Anis" verwendet, der zusammen mit dem Wermut und anderen absinthtypischen Ingredientien eine abgerundete Komposition ergibt.

ABSINTHIUM 1792

Hauptmerkmale des Absinthium 1792 sind zweifelsohne seine hohe Alkoholkonzentration von 70% sowie sein intensives Aroma, welches durch den hohen Anteil an Anis bestimmt wird. Eine kräftige Kräuternote und ein dennoch minzig erfrischender Abgang runden dieses gelungene Produkt geschmacklich ab.

Optisch leuchtet Absinthium 1792 in einem beruhigenden smaragdgrünen Ton und opalisiert wunderschön weisslich, wenn er mit Eiswürfeln oder mit purem Wasser vermischt wird.

Als „Spirituose mit Anis“ und dem Wermutkraut Artemisia Absinthium kann der Absinthium 1792 geschmacklich ohne weiteres mit den im Handel etablierten Absinthen der Brennerei Kübler verglichen werden. Seine hochprozentige Basis sowie die wunderschöne Farbe machen ihn aber dennoch zu einem einzigartigen Produkt auf dem Schweizer Markt.

Der Absinthium 1792 ist für den Einsatz in der Gastronomie (Bars, Nachtclubs) hervorragend geeignet und vermag den modernen Geniesser entweder als Shot oder als Basis für Cocktails und Longdrinks zu begeistern. Trul Absinthium 1792 gibt es auch als rote Variante.

Das Unternehmen Hill´s Liquere S.R.O. wurde 1920 von Radomil Hill gegründet. Heute wird das Unternehmen von seinen Kindern geführt. Hill´s Absinth wird indessen in Südböhmen und zwar in Jinrichuv Hradec produziert. Defakto scheint es sich bei der Marke Hill´s um den wahrscheinlich bekanntesten Absinth der Neuzeit zu handeln.

Originalabfüllung einer kleinen traditionsreichen Brennerei in Südmähren.

Ein typischer tschechischer Absinth aus der Tradiationsbrennerei „Zum grünen Baum“.

Der Geschmack ist sehr kräftig und hat einen hohen Wermuthanteil in sich, ohne aber deswegen extrem bitter zu schmecken. Einfach so, wie Absinth schmecken sollte. Nach Auskunft vieler Kunden verursacht dieser Absinth am nächsten Tag kein Kopfweh, wenn man ihn auch übermäßig genossen haben sollte, wovon wir natürlich immer abraten.

Absinth DABEL (0.5 ltr., 70% vol.alc.)
Ein neuer roter Absinthe aus Tschechien. Hergestellt von derselben Firma, die auch den Stromu herstellt.

Auf dem Label ist der traditionelle tschechische Teufel abgebildet der Mystik und Kraft austrahlt.

Beide Absinthe sind auch perfekt für Cocktails geeignet.
